The gear ring radial runout of the gear reducer refers to the big change of the measuring head relative to the axis of the gear tooth in the range of a gear revolution, the measuring head in the tooth groove or on the tooth, and the double-sided contact with the tooth height.

That is, the eccentricity of the gear gear reducer gear ring relative to the shaft center line, this eccentricity is due to the installation of the gear reducer parts, the two center holes of the parts and the rotary center of the table do not coincide or deviation is too large caused by.

Or because the center of the gear reducer and the center hole manufacturing is poor, so that the positioning surface contact is not good caused by the eccentricity, so reduce the gear reducer ring radial runout error in order to effectively improve the quality and accuracy of the gear.
