The motor is widely used and has many kinds. We generally distinguish the application of motors in transactions according to the classification of motors. Motors are classified as follows:
1. According to the type of power supply division: can be divided into DC motor and AC motor.
Dc motor according to the structure and working principle can be divided into brushless DC motor and brushless DC motor.
Brushless DC motor can be divided into permanent magnet DC motor and electromagnetic DC motor.
Electromagnetic DC motor division: series excited DC motor, shunt excited DC motor, separately excited DC motor and compound excited DC motor.
Permanent magnet DC motor division: rare earth permanent magnet DC motor, ferrite permanent magnet DC motor and aluminum nickel cobalt permanent magnet DC motor.
Ac motor can also be divided into: single-phase motor and three-phase motor.
2. According to the structure and working principle: can be divided into DC motor, asynchronous motor, synchronous motor.
Synchronous motor can be divided into permanent magnet synchronous motor, reluctance synchronous motor and hysteresis synchronous motor.
Induction motor can be divided into induction motor and AC commutator motor.
Induction motor can be divided into: three-phase asynchronous motor, single-phase asynchronous motor and cover pole asynchronous motor.
Ac commutator motor can be divided into single-phase series motor, AC-DC motor and repulsion motor.
3. According to the starting and operation mode: capacitor start type single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitor run type single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitor start type single-phase asynchronous motor and split phase type single-phase asynchronous motor.
4. Divided by use: drive motor and control motor.
Drive motor division: Electric tools (including drilling, polishing, polishing, slotting, cutting, reaming and other tools) motor, household appliances (including washing machine, electric fan, refrigerator, air conditioner, recorder, video player, vacuum cleaner, camera, hair dryer, electric shaver, etc.) motor and other general small mechanical equipment (including all kinds of small machine tools, small machinery, medical instruments, Electronic instruments, etc.) motor.
The control motor is divided into stepper motor and servo motor.
5. According to the rotor structure: cage induction motor (old standard called squirrel cage induction motor) and wound rotor induction motor (old standard called wound induction motor).
6. According to the running speed: high speed motor, low speed motor, constant speed motor, speed regulating motor. Low speed motor is divided into gear reduction motor, electromagnetic reduction motor, torque motor and claw pole synchronous motor, etc.
In addition to being divided into graded constant-speed motor, stepless constant-speed motor, graded variable speed motor and continuously variable speed motor, speed-speed motor can also be divided into electromagnetic speed-speed motor, DC speed-speed motor, PWM frequency speed-speed motor and switched reluctance speed-speed motor.
The rotor speed of an asynchronous motor is always slightly below the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field.
The rotor speed of synchronous motor has nothing to do with the load and is always maintained as synchronous speed.
